 Orders and Delivery

1. How do I place an order?

  • You can place an order on the website by adding items to your cart. You will be directed to the PayFast website where you can process your payment. or 
  • You can send us a Whatsapp or an email with the items you want to order. You will receive an invoice and payment can be made via eft or payment link (credit card). 

2. Will I be able to change my order?

  • Yes, please give us a call as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order is dispatched before you made the changes, we will unfortunately not be able to assist. 

3. When will I receive my order?

  • If you stay in or around Pretoria you are more than welcome to pick up your parcel, otherwise your parcel will go out for delivery between 1-4 working days in major city centre. If you stay in outlaying areas it may take a bit longer. If there is a stock issue we will inform you after placing your order so that alternative arrangements can be made. 

4. How much is shipping?

  • Orders above R850 qualify for free delivery. 
  • Shipping fee for orders under R850 will be R99 per order anywhere in South Africa.
  • Pick-up in Pretoria from us is FREE.

5. Shipment delays

  • In the unlikely event of unforeseen delays (courier delays, delivery errors) we will try our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Some of these issues are out of our control but we will try our best to resolve them. 


1. Can I return or exchange my items?

  • Yes, we will gladly return or exchange your item/s within 7 days after you have received your parcel. Items returned must be in its original condition and packaging. You will however be liable for the costs to return the parcel to us. Please get in contact with us to assist with any exchanges/returns. Items returned, will be refunded within 3 working days or you are welcome to ask for store credit. 
  • In the unlikely event of a faulty/damaged item, please make contact with us to resolve the issue. We will carry any courier fees in this instance.
